Mini Van?

Ok don't get too excited by the title...read on. My husband Scott is extremely practical! I mean extremely. I can't make any decision what-so-ever without some brainy input on his behalf. It sometimes drives me crazy and sometimes it's what made me crazy about him. Anyways...Scott really likes mini-vans for the practicality. Better gas mileage than SUV's, better storage, yadda yadda yadda. I really don't like mini-vans...mostly because I will have to drive it around. I am just way too cool for a van. (For those of you who are offended don't be, I think it's fun when other people have vans, I just don't want to drive one.) I told Scott yesterday that we can get a van under one condition...we get spinners for them. Here is my not-so-well known fact. I love spinners! I think they are so awesome. I mean the spinners make your tires look like they are still moving when in fact they are not. How can one not love that? They just keep spinning and they are usually really shiny too. I like shiny things, I'm kinda like a goldfish that way. Knowing that Scott would not ever be on board with the spinners I decided to go all the way with it. I then said that I wanted a Black and Chrome mini-van with hydrolics (sp?) and big speakers. I said that we could "pimp it out". Scott says to me in his most WASPy (White Angle Saxon Protestant) tone that, "First of all, we are not pimp-ing any thing out. Secondly, we would never get a black van." Who says "pimp-ing"? Isn't pimpin'? I think maybe you have know him to hear him trying to be hip. It's pretty funny. He's a hipster doofus but in a good way. Give me a few years and check back to see if I am sportin' a new tricked out ride. Just kid-ding...but seriously. I could be driving a van in a few years. Blech!
