Work out

Since right before Alaska I started working out. Not just working out but really working hard to get into good shape, possibly the best shape of my life. I couldn't have done it without the help of Aubrie back in Alaska. She really got me motivated and off the couch. Sorry Katie! I miss McDonald's too, but now I know if I am eating it ,that it doesn't have a chance to settle on my thighs, or hips, or booty for that matter. Anyways, sometimes I just lift dumbbell around the house because I get bored. Let me re-phrase that, I used to just play around with dumbbells around the house. I saw how much Michael was mimicking me so I stopped. I am not quite comfortable with a 15 month old lifting weights. Of course, in true Lysandra fashion I laughed and took pictures before I stopped.

Why can't I lift this? It's only 8 lbs!

1 lb, much better.

Ya'll the best part about this was the fact that he was doing the breathing thing too. He was exhaling pretty hard and you could tell he was pretending to concentrate. I can't believe how smart babies are. It's amazing that he still amazes me.

That is so funny! Tonight is the season finale of the show Work Out--you know how much I love her; I mean, it!

I guess kids really do pick up on everything you do. At least working out is a great habit to learn....even at a really young age.

Now you're just plain making me feel guilty. My kid imitates me cursing. Yours imitates you working out! :)

Random - that i picked today to catch up on ALL your blogs!! This not working thing is GREAT!

Whelp, I'm excited to see the after shots of your new rockin bod... (not that you ever really needed to work out for that matter) - oh and recently Rena Hall said to me, "I wish i had so-and-so's legs..." To which i replied quite honestly, "I wish I had Lysandra's thyroid." Baleed dat.

And, I love your house! Can't wait to see more pics.
