Not Happy Mother's Day
Mother's Day for me was hell. It all started Saturday. My sisters graduated from college then had a wonderful reception at the house afterwards. Right about the time my sisters' party started so did the vomiting and diarrhea. Yuck! I have never been that sick. I went into the ER around 10:30 pm. 2 bags of IV fluid, a dose of Demerol, a dose of phenergen, a dose of morphine, and a dose of some other anti-nausea medication later, I finally got to come home. It was 8 am on Sunday. Happy Mother's Day! I am feeling much better today, which is good because I have to be at work tonight. Before the sickness hit, I did get a chance to have some pictures with my son. Ok, I did have pictures but for some reason blogger isn't letting me post them. Maybe tomorrow, I should feel better then anyways.

That sure stinks. Good to hear it didn't last all day Sunday. Where are you working???
Oh no... you have it too... it seems like about half the town has it... school attendance is really low because of it too... they are saying it's about a 30 hour stomach virus... I'm doing everything I can to stay away from it...
