Yikes.

I finally did what I have been putting off. I looked at my classes and compared it to what is required of my major. I am so bummed now. I have so many hours but only a few count towards my major. I knew I would be melancholy about it...which is why I put it off.
I register and pay for classes tomorrow. I did a rough calculation and I almost pissed myself. Seriously, my bladder is full and I was so shocked I almost lost control of bodily functions.
I am only easing into school and will be taking just 2 classes. I think it will be better for Mikey and I to just dip our toes in...that way we don't get caught in the undercurrent. I am hoping that they will re-sharpen my studying skills. And by re-sharpen, I mean that I hope to learn some studying skills. I'm taking a rhetoric and composition (big words for easy English class.) and Computer Science. Both are required and for some reason I didn't take them when I was younger.
The good news is that I can put Mikey in the early care program at his school. That starts at 7:30 then I can be at school by 8 a.m.. I will be done by 11 and pick him up at noon. He and I will go to school 2 days a week. What I am really hoping is that he will be so tired from waking up early on those days that he will nap and I can study. And by study, I mean nap.

I just took that one Japanese night class shortly after having Chloe. Man, that was tough. Hopefully with Mikey going to school it will help give you some time for school and studying. Don't worry about it, if you want it bad enough you can make it work!
