I haven't
flown with Michael since he was 11 months old. We are going on a trip this weekend and I am kinda nervous about what his behavior will be like on the plane. Do you have any suggestions or comments? What has been helpful for you traveling with a
toddler? What is the typical toddler behavior on a flight like? Please. Help.

Etta was about 16 months old for our last flight and it was a tough one because it was at bed time and she is used to falling asleep in the crib. However, one leg wasn't too bad because we had some new toys for her and lots of food. Food is key! Make sure you bring extra clothes for layering (temps vary) and some of his favorite things (we brought her favorite teddy). Good luck!
I always buy a bunch of NEW toys, stickers, play doh and things that I can whip out to distract her. We also look through all the magazines for "doggies!" IN fact, one time I bought a "Dog Fancy" magazine because there were no shortage of doggy photos in that! :) You'll do fine. Mikey is so cuddly that you could probably get away with just holding him for most of it, though I agree with Tracy on the car seat thing (at least for my kid!)
