I am so sorry for the neglect. Since school started, I have found it a tad bit difficult to juggle being a single mom and going to school. (Scott is away for a few months for training...everything is fine.) I am trying to blog but it doesn't happen. Facebook happens. Anyways...Hello. I miss you.

Michael is at a very funny stage in his life right now. I love that he is 3, but I still crave those newborn, head smelling, carrying him in my arms, oh look I think he smiled (or was it gas) days. The conversations we have now are pretty cool, though.
For example: Friday morning I made eggs with his favorite cheeses (Havarti and muenster). As a side, I put slices of avocados. He looked at me. He looked at his plate. He looked at me. He looked at his plate, then he looked at me again.
Mikey: Mom, are these cados?
Me: Yes, they are delicious with eggs, try them.
Mikey: That is NOT awesome.

Mikey, that is TOTALLY awesome. I wish I could eat that RIGHT now. Sounds delicious!
I am sure it is crazy juggling everything! Hang in there....
I'm planning to be in Austin May 1 for a week or so. Any chance you could drive down? Unfortunately, my mom's house is going to under renovation so I have no idea where I'll be staying or what the situation will be!
I miss seeing your posts. I'm sure you're busy with everything on your plate, but even if you get a chance to post something small all of us will be happy.
